Refund and Cancellation Policy
Dividend Watchdog Refund and Cancellation Policy
Effective date: October 29, 2026 Service provider: Dividend Watchdog Services, LLC, a Florida limited liability company Contact: support@dividendwatchdog.com
1. Scope and payment reseller
This Policy applies to Premium subscriptions to Dividend Watchdog. It supplements our Terms of Service. Specific fees, billing intervals, introductory offers and regular renewal prices appear on the Pricing or Upgrade page and in the disclosures you accept before checkout; they are not fixed in this Policy.
For purchases processed by Paddle, Paddle is the authorized reseller and merchant of record. Its Buyer Terms and Refund Policy apply to the payment transaction. Dividend Watchdog Services, LLC supplies and supports the monitoring service. This Policy does not prevent Paddle from granting a refund under its own policy or applicable law.
2. Recurring subscriptions and promotional periods
A subscription renews automatically at the disclosed interval unless canceled. We or Paddle will provide applicable renewal reminders, acknowledgments and notices required by law. Before purchase, checkout must disclose the initial amount due, currency, applicable taxes, billing interval, any promotional duration and the regular subsequent renewal price. When a promotion ends, the disclosed regular renewal terms apply unless you cancel. Discounts do not stack unless expressly stated. A promotional code is not consent to marketing.
Prospective fee changes are subject to advance notice and any consent required by law. No payment is taken while Premium purchase options are disabled.
3. Canceling a subscription
You may cancel at any time through your account's billing-management controls or the Paddle customer portal linked from your receipt. You may also obtain subscription help at Paddle buyer support or contact support@dividendwatchdog.com.
Ordinarily cancellation prevents future renewals and Premium access continues until the end of the paid billing period. To prevent an upcoming renewal charge, complete cancellation before that renewal charge is processed. No fixed advance-notice period or additional cancellation deadline applies. Retain your cancellation confirmation. A charge already processed remains subject to the refund rules below. If you are charged after a timely cancellation or encounter a problem canceling, contact support so the issue can be investigated and corrected where appropriate. Mandatory rights may provide a different effective time or remedy.
Canceling optional marketing emails does not cancel your subscription. Canceling a subscription does not by itself delete your account.
4. General refund position and exceptions
Subscription payments are generally nonrefundable after the applicable billing period begins. Cancellation alone does not ordinarily refund the current billing period or unused time.
Exceptions include refunds required by applicable law, duplicate or incorrect charges, established billing errors, remedies for a materially defective or misdescribed service, and refunds granted by Paddle under its policies. We do not exclude nonwaivable consumer rights or the right to dispute a charge lawfully. Contact us promptly about an alleged billing error so it can be investigated.
5. Statutory withdrawal and consumer rights
Consumers may have statutory rights to withdraw from a digital-service transaction, cancel a renewal, or receive a remedy. Those rights prevail over this Policy. For example, Paddle's current policy describes withdrawal rights for eligible consumers in the EU, EEA, Switzerland and UK, including protections that may apply to the first subscription payment and certain UK annual renewals.
Where applicable law permits a withdrawal right to be affected by immediate supply of digital content, any required express consent and acknowledgment must be obtained in the applicable purchase flow. Merely creating an account, using a promotional code, or accepting these general terms is not substituted for a legally required specific consent. The legal treatment of digital services may differ from digital content.
6. Requesting a refund or correcting a charge
Use the support link in your Paddle receipt or visit https://paddle.net to request a refund. You may also contact support@dividendwatchdog.com for product-related help or to report a billing error. Provide the account email, transaction reference and a short explanation; do not send full card details or passwords.
Eligible EU withdrawal options may be available in the Paddle customer portal. Requests are reviewed against the transaction terms, Paddle's policy and applicable law. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle, ordinarily to the original payment method where possible, within the legally applicable or provider-disclosed time. Any entitlement adjustment follows the verified payment record and applicable consumer rights.
7. Account deletion before a term ends
You may request cancellation and account deletion without waiting until the subscription term expires. The deletion workflow must first reconcile outstanding payment or checkout activity and confirm cancellation of recurring billing so no later renewal is created. If this cannot be completed automatically, contact support for assistance.
Deletion ends access, including any remaining Premium access, and ordinarily does not refund unused time except as required by law or applicable refund policies. Necessary transaction, tax, consent, security and audit records may be retained or pseudonymized as explained in the Privacy Policy. Paddle may independently retain records under its legal obligations.
8. Contact and policy changes

The policy and disclosures applicable to your transaction govern that transaction. Later updates do not remove accrued or mandatory consumer rights.
